If your projector is not working, you can attempt to resolve the problem by following these troubleshooting steps:
- Make sure the projector is plugged in. The standby or power light should be illuminated.
- Check the connection cables from the video source to the projector.
- If using PC or laptop, right-click the desktop, then select screen resolution on the Multiple Displays dropdown, select Duplicate these displays. Click OK.
- On the projector's menu, select the correct input / source.
