Overview

OIT User Services Portal provides students a location to reset passwords, import a class schedule into a Google calendar, request updates to email aliases, and other tasks.

• Change your Charger password if you already know that value.
  * Note: If you do not know your password, you can reset it from http://reset.uah.edu.
• Import your course schedule onto your Google Calendar.
• Copy your email history to another Gmail account.
• Request a different email alias.
• Faculty and staff may request an update to contact information.

The OIT User Services Portal is a tool that saves time and empowers users by allowing them to manage their own passwords and accounts.
 

Requirements

• User must have an active Charger account.
• Internet Access
• Compatible Web Browsers
• Password complexity requirements are between 8 and 20 characters in length, at least one capital and one lowercase letter and at least one number.
  
   

Getting Started

• Visit http://oitportal.uah.edu
• Enter your Charger ID and password and click Login.
• Click the My Password(s) tab to change your password.
• Click the My Email tab to request a different email alias.
• Click Google > Class Schedule to import your course schedule onto your Google Calendar.
• Click Google > Migration to copy your email history to another Gmail account.
