How do I forward my office phone to my mobile or home phone?

Use the Cisco Self Care Portal to control forwarding options for your UAH tabletop phone.

To forward calls from your office phone to your mobile phone, do the following.

1. Visit http://go.uah.edu/phone in a Web browser
2. From the Phones tab, click Call Forwarding
3. Check the box for Forward all calls to and click the drop-down list beside the textbox there
4. Enter your mobile phone number just as you would dial it on your work phone. For instance, if your mobile number is 256-555-1212, enter 912565551212 in the box.
5. Click Save
