Issue
The Add Money button in the Transact eAccounts app does not work on Android or Samsung devices. After tapping the Add Money button, a "payment processor" error message appears.
Workaround
Make a deposit using the +Add Money button within the eAccounts web portal.
- Log in to my.uah.edu
- On the Campus Services card, click Charger Card > Check Your Account Balance and Meal Plan
- Click +Add Money to begin a deposit
- While making a deposit, select the Save Credit Card to save the credit/debit card as a form of payment
Once a saved card is on file, the Add Money button will work in the mobile eAccounts app.
Transact is currently working on a solution to this issue.
