Body
Overview
To support the official launch of the UAH Google AI Suite, OIT provides access to Google Skills. This is Google’s primary professional development platform, offering curated, self-paced "Learning Paths" designed specifically for higher education.
Using this platform allows you to practice prompting and explore AI capabilities in a safe, guided training environment using sample data.
Privacy & Policy: For information regarding UAH data privacy and institutional security policies, please refer to our Getting Started & Safety Guide.
Part 1: First-Time Access & Sign-In
Because this training platform is separate from our standard UAH Workspace, you must first join via the specific invitation below and "register" your @uah.edu account to unlock the university-specific paths. You only need to complete this setup once.
- Click the Invitation Link:

- When prompted to grant permission to organization administrators to view your learning activity on Google Skills, click Accept invitation.
- Note on Privacy: This visibility is limited to tracking your course enrollment and completion status. OIT does not have access to the specific text, prompts, or data you enter while practicing within the training modules.
