'Phone number not defined' error in Self-service Voicemail

When accessing voicemail on go.uah.edu/voicemail, the user is getting "Phone number is not defined" when trying to play voicemails.

When accessing voicemail on go.uah.edu/voicemail, the user is getting "Phone number is not defined" after attempting to play the voicemails.
 

Steps

This is resolved by clicking "Computer" in the bottom right.
