Template: Equally Effective Alternative Access Plan (EEAAP)

Last Update: 5/21/26

Overview

The University of Alabama in Huntsville (UAH) is committed to ensuring equal access to its information, programs, services, and activities for all individuals, including those with disabilities.

In alignment with University Policy, all Information and Communication Technology (ICT) used, developed, purchased, or implemented by UAH must be accessible and usable by everyone. When a technology cannot fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility requirements, an Equally Effective Alternative Access Plan (EEAAP) is required.

Return the completed plan to Kathy Thompson, Accessibility Compliance Specialist.
