Issue
When attempting to sign in to MATLAB on Windows desktop, user sees message sign into your organization's portal to proceed, but the pop-up prompt for signing in does not appear on screen.
When viewed via the taskbar preview, the pop-up prompt appears to be a blank window.
Resolution
- Right-click the blank window preview in your taskbar and select Maximize
- You should now be able to see the content of the blank screen.
If this does not work, you may try an alternate workaround:
- Close the pop-up window from the taskbar.
- The primary login window should provide a new option to log in using a one-time passcode. Click Continue and follow the provided instructions to sign in using a one-time password.
