Getting Started: YuJa Panorama DocHub (Faculty & Staff)

Introduction

YuJa Panorama DocHub is your personal workspace for managing and improving document accessibility. If you are setting this up for the first time, you are likely looking for a way to test documents, generate alternative formats, or fix accessibility issues. 

Accessing Panorama from Canvas the first time will ensure you will have access to the remediation tools and accessibility reports. After you complete the steps below, you will be able to access Panorama DocHub through Single Sign-On (SSO) or Canvas. 

First-Time Setup Instructions

Most users access DocHub directly through Canvas. If this is your first time, follow these steps to establish your account and role within Panorama.

For Faculty: 

  1. Log in to Canvas and open any course where you are listed as an instructor.  
  2. Locate the Panorama link in the side navigation menu (it may be under Course Tools).
  3. Once the Panorama dashboard opens, select DocHub from the sidebar on the left.

For Staff: 

  1. Log in to Canvas and navigate to your DocHub Access course.
  2. Locate the Panorama link in the side navigation menu.
  3. Once the Panorama dashboard opens, select DocHub from the sidebar on the left.

Once you finished the first-time setup, be sure to bookmark the direct link for future use! 

DocHub Direct Link or use uah.panorama.yuja.com/login

NOTE: You will be prompted to log in using your UAH SSO credentials when using a bookmark URL or the direct link.
