PageUp is UAH's solution for talent management. This software automates the development and review of job descriptions, job postings, employment applications, applicant screening, and notable portions of new hire paperwork processing. It also offers the ability to seamlessly transmit UAH employment opportunities to social media and job websites so that hiring managers may expand their job advertisement reach. All users, including hiring managers, applicants, and recruiters, can fully engage with the system via mobile devices.
