Prepare for a future need to reset your password!
Banner is UAH's central system for managing student and employee records. Make sure your contact information and security questions are accurate in Banner to ensure you aren't locked out of your account in the future - our Self-Service Password Reset tool uses the information in Banner to verify your identity. Update your information today to prepare for the future!
Follow the steps below to update your contact information in Banner.
- Log into myUAH with your Charger ID and password.
- Access the menu for Personal Information.
- Students should navigate to the Student Services card and click Student Records > Personal Information
- Faculty and staff should navigate to the Banner Links card and click Self-Service Banner (V.8) > Personal Information
- Click Personal Detail.
- Click the pencil icon to edit any phone number, email address, street address, or other value. To delete values, you can use the trash can icon. You can also click Add New information to add details that haven't yet been defined.
- When adding your mobile phone number, be sure to verify that a mobile phone number for you has been stored. It must be defined with a Phone Type of Cell.
- When adding your email address, Be sure to verify that an alternate email address for you has been stored. It must be defined with an Email Type of Personal.
