  • If Qualtrics is to be used in conjunction with biomedical or behavioral-based research involving humans, Institutional Review Board (IRB) approval may be required.
  • Users are responsible for their own data; including any database queries for the purposes of identifying the population of survey responders.
  • Users must also adhere to FERPA regulations and best practices when sharing data.


This service is offered free of charge to students, faculty, staff, and researchers for business and academic purposes.

Getting Started

  • Access Qualtrics at uah.qualtrics.com or via Chargerware.
  • You will be redirected to UAH’s Central Authentication Service where you will enter your Charger ID and password.
  • Follow the prompts upon logging in to Qualtrics for the first time and an account will be created for you.
