As long as the retired faculty member has their UAH credentials, they will have access to their courses for the last two years in Canvas. Starting in January 2024, we will be archiving all the courses from the previous two calendar years. However, it is easy to recover them for the faculty member if needed. Also, they can request parent courses for their courses and copy the courses they will be teaching into the parent courses. They will continue to have access to those.
