Qualtrics is a survey creation tool available to all UAH faculty, staff, and students. Users can access the UAH instance of Qualtrics via myUAH or directly at uah.qualtrics.com.
How Do I Activate My Qualtrics Account?
- Navigate to myUAH and click the Qualtrics link under OIT Services OR navigate directly to uah.qualtrics.com and log in.
- If you have already set up your account, you will be taken straight to the dashboard. If you have not set up your account, you will be prompted to take the following steps:
- Click the "I don't have a Qualtrics account" button
- Complete any fields provided and submit.
- Accept the Qualtrics Terms of Service.
- You should now be ready to begin building surveys in Qualtrics.
