Projectors - Troubleshooting Projector Malfunction

If your projector is not working, you can attempt to resolve the problem by following these troubleshooting steps:

  1. Make sure the projector is plugged in. The standby or power light should be illuminated.
  2. Check the connection cables from the video source to the projector.
  3. If using PC or laptop, right-click the desktop, then select screen resolution on the Multiple Displays dropdown, select Duplicate these displays. Click OK.
  4. On the projector's menu, select the correct input / source.
