Connecting to the UAH VPN

About

To connect to systems that are restricted to the on-campus network when you are off campus, you can use the UAH virtual private network (VPN). To connect to the VPN, you will need to download and install the Ivanti Secure Access VPN Client (formerly called Pulse Connect Secure). Visit Chargerware for more information about this software.

Faculty and staff members with UAH computers can install the VPN client from Software Center. Learn how to install the VPN on a UAH-owned computer.

It is not necessary to receive authorization from OIT before using this client. It is available for all faculty, staff, and students to use.

Depending on the device you use, the UAH VPN software may be called "Ivanti Secure Access Client" or "Pulse Secure." Both are supported. Read more about the renaming of Pulse Secure.
