Please note that entity email accounts cannot have periods (.) in them. They can have underscores (_) or dashes (-). If alternate names/addresses for the entity accounts are desired, the requester should note, in the Special Instructions area of the Entity Account Request Form, what is needed for the account using the desired name/address. Please log into your G-Suite account when completing the Entity Account Request Form.
