Canvas is UAH’s learning management system (LMS). It is a software-based platform that allows for communication between faculty and students, online coursework, testing, and more. Users can access Canvas via the link under OIT Services in myUAH. If you need to report a problem with Canvas, please request this service.

Login

1. You can login from my.uah.edu or by visiting canvas.uah.edu
2. Sign in with your Charger ID credentials

Logout

1. Click Account
2. Logout
3. Close your browser

Canvas experts are available via chat and phone anytime. While you're logged into Canvas, you can click the Help option in the menu to access any of the following:

• Report a Problem - If Canvas misbehaves, tell us about it
• Ask Your Instructor a Question - Questions are submitted to your instructor
• Search the Canvas Guides - Find answers to common questions
• OIT Help Desk - Contact the OIT Help Desk by submitting a service ticket, calling 256-824-3333, or by sending an email to helpdesk@uah.edu. We respond to email during business hours.
