Overview

Wēpa is a cloud print solution that allows the ability to print from anywhere on campus, including tablets and mobile devices. Send your print job to the cloud and visit any kiosk on campus to print your document.

Benefits

Printing can be done more conveniently as visiting a computer lab is not required. The Wēpa Print App can be installed on your own device and allow you to print from the nearest kiosk.

  • Users can access documents from the cloud (Wēpa account, Google Drive, Dropbox, Box, Office365, OneDrive), USB drive, or use a Wēpa Code.
     

Requirements

A computer with Internet access or supported mobile devices are required for submitting print jobs.
 

Getting Started

Uploading Your Document

  1. Download and install the Wēpa Print app on your computer, tablet, or mobile device.
  2. Launch the app and when prompted, locate your institution (UAH) and log in with your Single Sign-On credentials.
  3. Upload or submit your document for printing at a kiosk.

Retrieving Your Print Job

  1. Locate the print kiosk you wish to use. (Location Map)
  2. Swipe your Charger Card or log in to your account using your Single Sign-On credentials.
  3. Select the submitted print job or access your document from the cloud storage options.
  4. Choose your payment method and confirm the print settings.
  5. Collect your print job.
