If you are a UAH faculty or staff member and need a network drop to be installed in a UAH building, please note that the cost is $300.00. When requesting this service, be sure to attach a completed budget Transfer Authorization form. The budget unit to be credited is OIT, and the Index Number/Account Code to use is 304001-7507. The Transfer Authorization form must be approved by someone with signature authority (usually the head of the department).
