The steps below tell how to install Adobe software from the Adobe Licensing Website (LWS). Screenshots with the instructions can be viewed in the attached file.
- Sign in to the LWS with your Adobe ID and password.
- Choose Licenses > Downloads.
- Select the End-user or Deploy-to ID account that contains the software from the End User/Deploy-To ID list. (Central Receiving: University of Alabama Huntsville)
Note: Both options give access to the software.
- To filter the list of products, select items from the Product Name (Adobe Professional), Version (17), Platform (WIN), or Language lists. Make sure that you use the name of the product as it appears on the order.
- Once the filters have been selected, Click on Product Name. The Download window will populate.
- Click on the Download. (If download method populates, choose browser option)
- Accept the Adobe Electronic Software Download (ESD) Terms and Conditions.
Once software has been downloaded and installed, obtain the License.
- Choose Licenses > Retrieve Serial Numbers.
- Select an End User ID or Deploy-to ID for your company. (Central Receiving: University of Alabama Huntsville)
- Select a Product Name(Adobe Professional), Version (17), Platform (WIN).
- Click Search.
- Find Product. Highlight the Serial Number. Press Ctrl +C to copy.
- Switch to the Adobe Install Window to paste the license. In the tab, Press Ctrl + V to paste.
- Follow the next steps to complete the install.
