Clearing Cache or Cookies

Oftentimes, clearing the cache or cookies for a website can resolve various authentication and other types of issues. For desktop browsers, to quickly open menus used to clear your cache, cookies, and history, ensure that the browser is open and selected, and press Ctrl-Shift-Delete (Windows) or Command-Shift-Delete (Mac). Try this first before following the instructions to quickly open the browser selection. If this doesn't work, follow the appropriate instructions below.

  1. Click Safari in the upper left hand side of your screen. In the menu that appears, click Preferences.
  2. In the window that appears, click the Privacy tab. Click the button Remove All Website Data.
  3. Click Remove Now in the pop up window that appears.
