How to Access UAH Training Courses

Introduction

New UAH employees, student employees, and UAH contractors/affiliates may be required to complete training modules in UAH's online training portal. These may include FERPA training, Driver Safety training, or other training courses. As of October 2023, new employee training is hosted through United Educators.

Steps

To get started with your new employee training as an employee or student worker, please follow the steps below.

  1. Access the United Educators Learning Portal at learn.ue.org/universityofalabamahuntsville
    • When signing in to UAH Single Sign-On, please make sure to use just your Charger ID (don't include the @uah.edu).
  2. Click to begin your assigned training courses. If any of your required courses aren't already in your list of assigned courses, use the search bar at the top of the page to search for your training course (eg. "FERPA") and manually enroll.

UAH Contractors & Affiliates

If you are a contractor or other affiliate of UAH and don't have an @uah.edu email address, please send a request to the Office of Risk Management and Compliance at riskmanagement@uah.edu. Requests should be made by supervisors and should include the name(s) and email address(es) of the person(s) needing access to the training. Please note that such requests should come from the supervisor's official domain email address (such as @sodexo.com).
