Solution for known issue in Native Banner (banneradmin.uah.edu) on Macs

As of 11/23/22, there is a known issue with using Native Banner (otherwise referred to as "Banner Admin" or banneradmin.uah.edu) on Mac computers that causes certain windows to disappear. This error is known by Ellucian, the owner of Banner, and is being worked on.

As a solution for now, please change your Native Banner display settings from "compact" to "comfortable." This should cause all windows to load correctly.
