Unable to sign into Jabber Mobile
The following solution is to resolve a Inability to sign into Jabber mobile. This can mean you are stuck on the sign in screen, you are receiving an error when attempting to sign in, etc
Resolution: Resetting Jabber
Open Jabber on your mobile device (iOS, Android)
- If you are currently signed into Jabber and experiencing an issue, it may be helpful to reset the application. To do so, sign out by going to the profile menu in the top left corner of your screen. Then press the "Sign Out" option at the bottom of your screen. Below is an image showing where to open the profile menu.

Once you have reached the sign in page, look below the "Sign In" button for the "Reset Jabber" option and click it. This will take you back through the initial Jabber set up process. Below is an image of the Jabber Sign In screen.
