Is my space limited in Google Drive?

While UAH accounts are not currently subject to limits on storage space, a change will be made in 2023 or 24 to limit storage space. It is not yet decided how much space each account will be allocated after the change, but Google will only provide 350 TB total storage to be shared among all the thousands of UAH Google accounts. Therefore, the per user quota will likely be 50 GB or less per user. Google has promised to release extensive quota tooling and reporting administrative features in 2022. How they end up working will affect the per user amount as well. OIT awaits those tools and features and will work with UAH decision makers and users to navigate Google's new storage policy and UAH costs.
