Transfer Your UAH Google Account Data With Google Takeout Transfer

Error: "Transfer Your Content is only available to authorized G Suite for Education Accounts..."

When trying to initiate a data transfer using Google Takeout Transfer, users may receive an error stating "Transfer Your Content is only available to authorized G Suite for Education Accounts. Please contact your administrator, or sign in with another Google Account."

This can happen when you are logged into your personal Google account in the same browser where you are trying to initiate the transfer. This is especially true if you are using Chrome and are signed in to your personal account profile.

If you are experiencing this error, try the following troubleshooting steps:

  1. Close your browser completely.
  2. Open a new private/incognito browser.
  3. Go to and sign in to your or account.
  4. As part of the transfer process, you'll need to sign in to your personal account to retrieve a code. Do not do this in the same browser window where you are signed in to your UAH account. Instead, sign into your personal account in a regular (not private/incognito) version of your browser, on a completely different browser, or on a separate device.
