Degreeworks loads to a nearly-blank screen.
Resolution
Check whether this is a Banner Maintenance weekend according to the OIT Maintenance Calendar. If so, please wait until Monday to access Degreeworks.
If it is not currently a Banner Maintenance weekend, confirm you are logging in to Single Sign-On with your Charger ID only (don't include the @uah.edu).
If Degreeworks still does not load after confirming your credentials are correct, please contact the OIT Help Desk.
