Issue
User sees the following error message when attempting to add their UAH email account to Mac Mail.
"400. That's an error. The server cannot process the request because it is malformed. It should not be retried. That's all we know."
Resolution
Switch the default web browser to Google Chrome, then attempt to add the UAH email account again. To learn how to change the default web browser on Mac, please visit Apple Support.
Once the account has been added to Mac Mail, the default browser can be reverted.

Devices running macOS.
