How to Report Issues With Sharp Copiers

Overview

Several departments across campus utilize shared Sharp copiers.

For instructions on how to install the driver for your department's Sharp copier, please visit Installing your Sharp Printer.

For instructions on how department heads can add email addresses to the local address book of their Sharp copier, please visit Adding to the Sharp Copier Address Book.

For assistance connecting your computer to your department's Sharp copier, please submit a Service Request for Network Printer Support. Please make sure to include at least your computer's name, your computer's location, and the Sharp copier's location, and a description of the issue.

To report issues with the Sharp copier itself, such as errors on the copier's touchscreen, issues with print quality, etc., please place a Service Order to The Lioce Group.
